Access to 'Buy Me A Vodka' (the "Library") is granted only upon the strict adherence to these Terms of Spirit. By browsing our curated collections or distilling our data, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily bound yourself to these conditions.

This agreement constitutes a binding contract between the User and the Distillery. If you find these terms incompatible with your values, we respectfully request that you cease all engagement with the platform immediately.

Age Requirement

Our content is intended exclusively for individuals who have reached the legal drinking age in their respective jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect information from or market to minors.

By proceeding, you affirm that you are of legal age. Misrepresentation of age constitutes a breach of this covenant and will result in permanent exclusion from the Essentials collection and our distiller network.

Intellectual Property

Every element within this digital ecosystem—including visual compositions, bottle silhouettes, distillation narratives, and the proprietary 'Glacial UI'—is the exclusive property of Buy Me A Vodka.

User Conduct

Interaction with our platform must be characterized by the same refinement one applies to a premium tasting. Harassment, unauthorized scraping of the Library, or attempts to compromise our frozen infrastructure are strictly forbidden.
